PSTN-Connected Calls

When VDX Analytics retrieves data from your Microsoft CQD, it creates groups for the following types of PSTN calls:

PSTN Carrier—These groups display information about user devices that are associated with calling plan calls.

PSTN Trunk—These groups display information about user devices that are associated with direct routing calls.

PSTN Operator Connect—These groups display information about user devices that are associated with operator connect calls.
