Teams Phone Thresholds
The following table lists the thresholds that you can configure for the Teams Phone workload, the default values, and the type of alert that is raised when the threshold is exceeded.
Table 42:Default Thresholds for Teams Phone
Threshold Name and Description | Type of Alert | Default Value |
---|---|---|
Teams Phone Status Threshold The robots test the number of number of calls attempted before a connection is established, as well as the MOS value of a connection. These tests are performed at regular intervals. The value in this field is the number of consecutive failed tests that must occur before Vantage DX raises an alert. For example: Test 1—Test results do not meet the performance threshold. Test 2—Test results meet the performance threshold and no issues are detected. Test 3—Test results do not meet the performance threshold. In this example, Vantage DX does not raise an alert because the failures did not occur in two consecutive tests. You can use this setting to avoid the possibility of unnecessary alerts, or to ensure that you are alerted as soon as a problem is detected. |
