The following table lists the capabilities of VDX Analytics when it is integrated with SBC devices.

Retrieves call detail record (CDR) data that is displayed in the Calls Dashboard*. For information, see the Calls Dashboard section in the VDX Analytics User Guide. *The Calls Dashboard only supports CDR data for AudioCodes SBC version 7.4. |
